Démarrage difficile à froid patrol 2.8D ebro

Salut tout le monde , comme indiqué dans le titre j'ai un soucis de démarrage le matin a froid.

J'ai changé les 6 bougies de préchauffage  sur mon Ebro atmo de 92 mais j'ai toujours du mal à le démarrer le matin .

Je tourne la clé de contact ,le voyant de prechauffage s'allume en continu ,il s'éteint au bout de quelques secondes, j'entends ensuite claqué un relais sous le capot au bout de quelques  seconde.

Une fois démarré ,le voyant clignote en continu et s éteind au bout d'un petit moment.

Voilà mon souci
