Régulation régime Max Y61 4.2 turbo

Bonjour à toutes et tous

J ai un souci sur mon Y61 4.2 turbo de 1999

je viens de m apercevoir suite à un contrôle pollution CT qu il ne régulait pas et montait au delà de 5000t/min( control immédiatement arrête pour préserver mon moteur )

Mise à part ça il tourne impeccable,il fume un peu noir à l accélération conso entre 15 et 18 litre au 100

D ou cela peut il venir ?
