Huile moteur 5w40 y61 td6

Bonjour, je viens de m'apercevoir grace à une étiquette dans le moteur que la dernière vidange de mon Y61 2,8L TD6 a été éffectuée avec de l'huile Total Activa 9000 5W40, il me reste encore moins de 7000 kms avant la prochaine vidange.

C'est grave docteur, faut que je le revidange avec de la 10W40 ou 15W40 synthèse comme préconisé par la doc nissan ou je laisse comme ca jusqu'à la prochaine vidange ?
